AskThere connects people seeking practical city information with people who know that city. This page covers the most common questions about plans, Help Cards, answers, and recommendations.
Answers and matching
Questions are matched using the city and topics selected by helpers. An answer is not guaranteed, and timing depends on suitable helpers being available. Helpers see one question at a time, not your complete plan.
For helpers
You do not have to answer every Help Card. Answer only when your knowledge is relevant and current; otherwise, skip the question. If you add a recommendation for your own business, it must appear separately and your connection must be disclosed.
Notifications
AskThere may send notifications when a question is matched, answered, or receives a separate recommendation. Notification delivery can also depend on your device settings.
